Juicy Lion's Mane "Steak"
This recipe is a vegan take on making a juicy steak using Lion's Mane mushrooms. The marinade consists of steak seasoning, beetroot powder, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, and olive oil. The mushrooms are coated in the marinade and squeezed to absorb the flavors. They are then seared in a cast iron pan until they have shrunk in size.
